Southern States Management Group is the association manager for the Georgetowne Community in Daytona Beach, FL. The manager of this association, Peggy Komishock, is also a real estate agent for Southern States Realty Services. Because of Peggy’s great rapport with the owners in this community, when the owner of 253 Georgetowne was ready to sell their property, they listed it with her. This property was a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home that had great potential but needed work. This was a cash only sale. Sometimes these sales can be difficult. However, with several real estate agents in the office and some teamwork, a deal was made! In only 22 days Harley Cooper was able to sell this property to one of his clients. The hard work of the real estate agents in our office along with their in-depth knowledge of the association led to a successful sale completely in house!
